How to Block or Unblock Website Without using any Software

If your isp or in college Ur Facebook or some sites are bl0ck then

• 1. start run or press windows key + r
• 2. type this 
• notepad %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
  
• 3.scroll down to below u will see
• # 127.0.0.1 localhost
  
• and some sites
• now delete it save that file.
