Bsnl user cant open a lots of website on pc

Bsnl 3g and 2g user can't open a lots of website
like torrentz.com on pc

Why I can't Open that site :

• Because ip of bsnl is blocks that site so it is not
• The IP of Bsnl is blocked by that Site webmasters

How to unlock it ???

• Tcp optimizer on PC

• Now Goto edit custom setting
• then edit MTU as 1500 or 1402 or vice versa
• Now restart ur pc
