Step 1st:

click on Start
Run

type cmd

check 1st image:

than type nslookup along with website name
Eg:

nslookup google.com or www.google.com

2nd image:

Or

u can type tracert with  website address

Eg: tracert google.com

Step 2nd:

Click on 

start

run

type
ping with website address

eg: ping google.com
