Why This Problem Occurred ?

-> Due to some Virus, on pendrive the Autorun and some other major files
     of Pendrive gets affected that's why this problem occurred.It is Very complicated Problems don't worry  you can fix on your own
Just You Need to Follow or Read this Article.
Here we go: 

Method 1:

   For Better Use Safemode to format such drives.

• ->  Reboot  your PC

• ->  Hit F8

• ->  Choose Safemode

Now Attached your Removable disk(Pen drive or Memory card) to PC.
Goto 

• -> Click on Start
• -> Control Panel
• -> Administrative Tools
• -> Computer Management
• -> Disk Management

Now Click on Pen drive 

• -> Right Click on Pen drive Hit Format
• -> Use Full Format

Method 2:
 Use Safemode to format such drives

• ->  Reboot  your PC
• ->  Hit F8
• ->  Choose Safemode

Now Attached your Removable disk(Pen drive or Memory card) to PC

Goto 

• -> Now Hit Win logo + R

OR
Goto

• -> Start -> All Programs -> Accessories
• -> Right Click on "Command Prompt"
• -> Click on Run as Administrator 
• -> hit cd.. press enter 
• -> Again hit cd..
  Now you are on C:\>

Now You have Enter Or Fire one Cmd Command in to Command Prompt.

write this Command as:

• Format Your Pendrive Letter here : /q
• ->Hit enter 
• where /q = for quick format

For Eg:
My Pendrive has letter as H:
so i have to type this command to format it.

• Format H: /q
  or you can also use another command change its File Format to fat32 
• Format H: /q /FS:FAT32

In command Prompt it looks like

• C:\> Format H: /q

C:\> Format H: /q /FS:FAT32.

If Still its not workingthen try to change first Removable drive its File Format to NTFS firstJust Use this Method

• Convert Pen Drive Letter: /fs:NTFS
• Convert H: /fs:NTFS
• Now Format iT With Method 2
